New head of Nordics at M&G

M&G Investments has announced that it is promoting Otto Donner to head of Nordics as part of the firm’s strategy to expand its distribution capabilities.

Otto Donner joined M&G in 2020 from BMO Global Asset Management, where he spent some four years as responsible for institutional- and wholesale business development and client relationship management across the Nordic region including the Baltic countries. He has previously also worked close to five years in sales at East Capital.

In a press release the company writes that Otto Donner’s appointment reflects “his strong contribution in broadening M&G’s footprint in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway to around EUR 4 billion of assets under management”. He will continue to report to Robert Heaney, previously head of the Nordics and now head of institutional distribution, EMEA.
