Morningstar to acquire Sustainalytics
The deal will give Morningstar’s clients access to the ESG research, data and analytics provided by Sustainalytics.

The Chicago-based investment research and analytics company Morningstar announced today it will acquire the remaining 60 per cent stake in the data and analytics firm Sustainalytics. Morningstar first acquired a 40 per cent stake in the Dutch company in 2017.
